🚀 Hiring: Retention Marketing Sr. Executive

We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Sr. Executive to drive customer engagement and repeat visits through CRM campaigns and targeted communication.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Execute campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS & Email
- Manage offers like payday deals, festive campaigns, service promotions
- Drive customer engagement through reminders & personalized messaging
- Work on basic customer segmentation (active/inactive/high-value users)
- Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Collaborate with design, store & CRM teams
✅ Who Can Apply
- 0–2 years in Marketing / CRM / Digital Marketing
- Freshers with strong interest in marketing are welcome
- Good communication & basic Excel skills
⭐ Good to Have
- Knowledge of CleverTap, MoEngage
- Interest in beauty/lifestyle industry
