Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for a Sales And CRM Executive. The selected candidate will engage with new and existing clients, manage customer relationships, and oversee end-to-end sales processes. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting services, maintaining records, and coordinating follow-ups using the CRM system. The role also involves addressing customer queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and lead generation
- Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Organizational skills for maintaining detailed and updated client records
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in the healthcare or cosmetic services industry is a plus
