Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth. The CRM Executive will also analyze customer feedback to improve services and support the enhancement of the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Retention and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Sales and cultivating customer relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Experience in industrial or B2B sectors is advantageous
