Hiring: CRM Executive
📍 Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase – 1, New Delhi
💼 Employment Type: Full Time | On-Site
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and organized CRM Specialist to be the main point of contact for our customers. Your main job will be to use our system to help clients, answer their questions, and make sure they have a great experience with our company.
You are a people-person who is also good with computers and data. If you enjoy helping others and are great at keeping things organized, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to Customers: Communicate with customers through email, phone, and chat to answer questions, solve problems, and provide information.
- Update Customer Information: Accurately enter and update customer details, notes, and interactions in our CRM system.
- Support the Sales Team: Help the sales team by preparing customer lists, tracking follow-ups, and keeping customer records clean.
- Solve Basic Issues: Use the CRM to look up customer accounts and help solve their issues quickly.
- Send Customer Messages: Help send out updates, newsletters, and other messages to customers using the CRM.
- Keep Things Organized: Make sure all customer information in the system is accurate and up-to-date.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills – you are clear, patient, and friendly when talking to customers.
- Strong ability to organize information and pay attention to details.
- A problem-solving attitude and a desire to help people.
- You are a quick learner and comfortable using computers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing.
