Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention efforts. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, addressing inquiries, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and supporting sales efforts where necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Retention and Customer Experience management skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to assist in enhancing client relationships
- Analytical Skills to assess customer data and improve satisfaction
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or sales is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
