About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented CRM Executive – Telecaller with hands-on experience in the automobile industry. The role involves managing customer interactions, handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, strong in follow-ups, and capable of converting inquiries into business opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to inquiries, leads, and follow-ups
- Manage and update all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy
- Follow up on leads generated through multiple channels such as website, campaigns, and walk-ins
- Coordinate closely with the sales and operations team to ensure timely lead closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure proper tracking of leads, conversions, and daily call activity
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Support post-sales engagement and customer feedback processes
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Key Requirements:- Mandatory experience in the automobile industry (dealership/auto sales CRM preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, CRM, or customer support roles
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:- Experience in handling automobile leads (cars, two-wheelers, or commercial vehicles)
- Understanding of the sales funnel and customer lifecycle
- Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage
