CRM Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting retention initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication with our customer base. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Requirements • 2–3 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or a related role.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer databases.
• Support customer engagement and retention initiatives through email, messaging, and other CRM channels.
• Monitor and analyze customer interactions and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to execute customer communication campaigns.
• Ensure timely responses and professional communication with customers. • Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and segmentation.
• Support ongoing CRM optimization and customer lifecycle initiatives.
