Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant in the real estate domain, located in Bengaluru. The CRM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing CRM solutions, analyzing business processes, providing sales support, and consulting with clients to enhance their property management and customer engagement strategies. The role will involve leveraging CRM tools, including Salesforce.com, to streamline and improve operations within the organization and for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and experience in optimizing and interpreting data-driven insights.
- Knowledge and experience in Business Processes, particularly in real estate operations and workflows.
- Expertise in Sales and Consulting to enhance overall customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Salesforce.com Administration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment and develop long-term client relationships.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a CRM consultant, especially in real estate, and familiarity with property sales and management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage.
