Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
• Handle incoming leads from website, Meta ads, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
• Respond to inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system
2. Customer Communication
• Communicate with clients regarding product details, services, pricing, and timelines
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates
3. Quotation & Order Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals
• Share quotations with clients and follow up for approvals
• Confirm orders and coordinate with production and dispatch teams
4. CRM Management
• Update customer details, lead status, and order progress in CRM tools
• Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and orders
5. Sales Support
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions
6. Coordination with Internal Departments
• Work closely with production, dispatch, accounts, and quality teams for timely delivery
• Communicate customer requirements to relevant departments
Required Skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Proficiency in CRM tools
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
