Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Relationship Executive. The role involves managing and enhancing client relationships, addressing customer needs, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include building and maintaining business relationships, resolving client inquiries or concerns, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients. The role also encompasses identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to address customer queries promptly and professionally
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in a customer-focused or client relationship role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
- Familiarity with industrial or technical services related to air pollution control or environmental technologies is a plus
