Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst based in Mumbai. The CRM Analyst will be responsible for managing and administering CRM software, analyzing customer data, creating data-driven insights, and improving customer management processes. Key tasks include performing data analysis, maintaining system accuracy, generating detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Analytics
- Experience in the administration of Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with CRM systems and customer data management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field
- Ability to work efficiently in on-site team environments
