Role Overview
We are hiring a driven and target-oriented Client Acquisition Associate responsible for lead generation, client outreach, pitching services, and closing deals. This is a revenue-focused role and not a customer support position. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing directly to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through online platforms and outbound outreach
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers via calls, email, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and pitch Elevora’s services effectively
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build a strong prospect pipeline
- Close deals and onboard new clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Compensation Structure
- Salary during 2-month probation: ₹5,000 per month
- Salary after successful probation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on performance)
