Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Fresher, based in Coimbatore. The role will involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving queries in a timely manner. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing concerns, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between the company and its customers. A key aspect of the role is to understand customer needs and provide insights that contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
