Your Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Every phone call, WhatsApp message, Instagram enquiry, website lead, or Facebook message will first come to you. Your responsibility will be to understand what the customer needs, guide them, record the enquiry accurately in Zoho CRM, and connect them with the right sales team member whenever required.
In short, you'll help make sure that no customer is ignored and no lead is ever missed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Professionally answer incoming customer calls.
- Respond to enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them with the right information.
- Create and maintain accurate customer records in Zoho CRM.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales executive based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Update lead status, remarks, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Ensure every customer receives timely responses and a positive experience.
- Maintain daily records of new leads, pending enquiries, and conversions.
- Help improve our overall customer experience through timely communication and attention to detail.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves interacting with people.
- Communicates confidently in both Hindi and English.
- Is organised and pays attention to details.
- Can manage multiple conversations without getting overwhelmed.
- Is comfortable using computers and CRM software (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
- Takes ownership of their work and believes that every customer deserves prompt attention.
- Works well with a team and enjoys solving problems.
Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Management, Sales Coordination, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
