🚗 Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Luxury Automotive Segment
📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
💰 Salary: Starting from ₹50,000/month (based on experience & interview)
🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) | Sunday Off
🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to deliver a premium service experience in the luxury automotive segment.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, efficient service coordination, and an exceptional customer journey aligned with luxury brand standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions (walk-ins, calls, and queries)
- Manage service bookings, follow-ups, and client communication effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium & high-value clients
- Coordinate with the Operations Head and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery
- Keep customers updated on service status, timelines, and costs
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Identify opportunities for upselling services and AMC packages
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to brand and grooming standards
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and polished personality
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of automobile service processes
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
💼 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or automobile industry
- Experience with luxury brands or premium clientele is highly preferred
- Passion for luxury automotive industry
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset
- Ability to confidently handle high-end clients with professionalism and etiquette
