Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad is for a Customer Relationship Executive. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes managing client interactions, handling inquiries or concerns, and collaborating across teams to address and resolve customer needs effectively. The selected candidate will also work to develop strategies that enhance customer service and improve client retention.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure quality experiences and resolutions for clients.
- Expertise in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to build trust and long-term partnerships with customers.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to handle inquiries, resolve conflict, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- An understanding of the premium automotive industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on-site collaboratively with a diverse team.
