Role: Customer Relationship Executive (CRT)
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRT) role offers freshers a strong entry into the travel and tourism industry with meaningful responsibility from day one. CRTs handle customers after their trip is booked, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth travel experience through clear communication and timely support. This role is not sales or call-centre-based; it focuses on customer ownership, communication, and end-to-end trip handling.
It is well-suited for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and managing real-life travel scenarios. CRTs learn to handle multiple customer itineraries concurrently, support customers during their ongoing trips, and gain exposure to how domestic and international travel ecosystems operate behind the scenes. The fast-paced nature of tourism means no two days look alike, making the role dynamic, engaging, and highly skill-building for motivated freshers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate/postgraduate (2024–2026 pass-outs welcome)
- Good spoken and written English
- Knowing additional languages (especially Hindi) will be an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
