Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM professional who will be responsible for managing client relationships, improving client retention, and driving engagement through data-driven strategies. The role also includes identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clients retention and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system and client database.
• Create and execute targeted campaigns based on clients insights.
• Track client journey metrics and generate performance reports.
• Identify gaps in client experience and suggest improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing/operations teams for better client engagement and revenue growth.
• Track invoices and follow up on collections.

Skills & Requirements:
• Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Tally, Zoho CRM, etc.).
• Good knowledge of client segmentation and targeting.
• Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Experience & Qualification:
• Any Graduate
1–5 years of experience in CRM / Customer Success / Marketing roles.
