🔹 Job Role: Customer Relationship Executive
📍 Location: Kochi
🕒 Type: Full-time
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and engage with customers on our platform with timely, professional responses
• Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy and consistency
• Provide seamless support in both English and Malayalam
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Follow up with leads and build long-term client relationships
• Provide course counselling via phone, email, and social media
• Build strong relationships with prospective students
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
• Handle objections and convert inquiries into admissions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Relationship / Client Coordination / Support roles
• Strong command of English & Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Any Graduate
