Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is located in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Executive. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships, addressing customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building rapport with clients. The Executive will also focus on strengthening business relationships and fostering client loyalty by understanding customer needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to meet and exceed client expectations
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to effectively build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams
- Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions in a customer-centric manner
- Relevant experience in the financial services sector is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
