Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Customer Relationship Executive. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing business relationships effectively. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for addressing client queries, offering solutions, and ensuring seamless communication to drive positive customer experiences. Additionally, the role includes engaging with clients to gather feedback and identifying opportunities for service improvements to strengthen long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ Years experience required.
- Required skills in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations management
- Experience in Business Relationship Management and building strong professional networks
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication, and Client Relations skills.
- Experience in maintaining customer records and databases.
- Experience in the Customer Cold-Calls.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
