Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Customer Relationship Executive. The professional will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, managing client accounts, and supporting business relationship development. The role requires strong communication skills to handle client interactions effectively and foster long-lasting connections with customers.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to develop trust and loyalty among clients
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using CRM software or systems, with prior experience being advantageous
- Educational background or experience in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
