Role Description
RTITB INDIA is looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to drive business growth across North India. If you are a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for safety standards and corporate excellence, we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Business Development: Convert leads into opportunities through persistent follow-up and tailored service presentations.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate institutions.
- Pipeline Strategy: Manage the sales lifecycle and consistently meet monthly growth targets.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Corporate Sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
Domain Knowledge: Previous exposure to MHE (Forklifts, Reach Trucks), EHS training, or industrial audits is a significant advantage.
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
