Khimji Dayabhai Co. Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Greeter who understands the art of hospitality, precision, and premium service in a luxury retail environment.
🎯What you are required to do?
- Warmly greet customers and guests
- Manage the customer waiting area effectively and courteously
- Share product catalogues and service information during wait time
- Guide customers smoothly to the relevant sales or service counters
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
- Maintain electronic customer data for all walk‑ins
- Handle customer queries and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when required
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in coordination with housekeeping
- Ensure a neat, professional, and well‑groomed appearance at all times
🌟What we're looking for?
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi / Odia / English
- Strong interpersonal communication and people‑handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of office software and systems
