Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive / Executive Customer Relationship / Key Accounts, based in Bengaluru East. The individual will be responsible for building and nurturing strong business relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional client services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, addressing concerns, maintaining customer service standards, and aligning client expectations with service delivery. Coordination with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives will also be a primary focus of this role.
🔹 Own key retail accounts post-onboarding
🔹 Drive client satisfaction, retention & growth
🔹 Work closely with Design, Projects, Finance & Operations
🔹 Manage milestones, escalations & service quality
🔹 Create repeat business and referral opportunities
🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔ 1-3 years in Customer Success / Key Accounts / Client Relationship
✔ Retail exposure is a plus
✔ MBA (Marketing / Operations / GM) or BE (Arch / Civil preferred)
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
