The company leads the Indian equine feed market with over 50% market share and is a pioneer in “Tolled Milling.” Kamdhenu Agrovet is known for its ability to offer customized feed solutions, accommodating volumes as low as 50 MT per month. The company has established itself as the only provider of such services in Western India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive, based in Pune City. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, address customer inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, resolving issues promptly, identifying opportunities for client growth, and providing excellent post-sale support. Additionally, you will liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer support, customer retention, and relationship management expertise
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably in agriculture or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages is an advantage
