Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and supporting business growth. The role requires proactive communication with clients, resolving their concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with customers through phone, email, or in person.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about company products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM or internal systems.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments.
- Assist the sales team by identifying potential leads and supporting conversion of inquiries into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, or product demonstrations when required.
- Prepare periodic reports related to customer interactions, feedback, and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional image of the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organized customer records.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in the construction equipment or machinery industry will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
