Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Mumbai. The Executive will handle client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage long-term business relationships. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining a strong rapport with clients, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer needs are met effectively while upholding Jewel Casa’s high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience with Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the jewelry or e-commerce sector is an advantage
