Position- Customer Support ExecutiveLocation- Gurugram, Haryana (Sector 65)
Employment Type- Full-Time
Working Days- 5.5 Days (Saturday Half Day | Sunday Fixed Off)
Working Hours- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt assistance to students, resolving their queries, ensuring a smooth post-admission experience, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with their queries.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, documentation, fee payments, and university processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Admissions, and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of student requests.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and provide end-to-end support throughout their academic journey.
- Update customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company processes.
Eligibility:- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or EdTech (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
