Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Six Mile, Assam. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving concerns, and providing high levels of support. The role includes daily customer service interactions, managing client inquiries, and contributing to business relationship management initiatives to enhance client trust and promote growth.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
- Prior experience in the gold industry or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
