Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Customer Relationship Executive. The responsibilities include managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. The role also involves addressing queries and issues promptly, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting business relationship management initiatives to foster customer loyalty and trust.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, problem-solving skills, and professionalism
- Experience in the real estate or
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
