Requirements:
- 2 + years of call center experience handling voice calls with USA customers
- Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
- Prior experience in taking reservations and inquiries over the phone is a plus
- Any degree or equivalent
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts/night shifts
- Should have excellent communication skills in English(both verbal & Written)
Job Details:
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow call scripts and use knowledge services offered to go off-script when necessary
- Build positive relationships with customer, ensuring that all questions are handled appropriately
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
- Collect necessarily details from customers to create inquiries and reservations in the POS application
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a
- caller’s request and ensure prompt follow ups are initiated
