Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive, located in Bangalore. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, addressing customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term client engagement. Additional tasks include coordinating with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage customer issues effectively and proactively
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in the media production or creative industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
