Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula for a Customer Relationship Executive. The role involves managing and improving customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. The Customer Relationship Executive will also play a key role in maintaining ongoing business relationships and fostering long-term client relations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and actively engage with clients
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries effectively
- Proven ability to manage and maintain long-term client relationships
- Relevant experience in customer relationship or client-facing roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is preferred
