Role Overview
D2D Express is hiring a Customer Relationship & Collection Executive to ensure timely
payment collections from clients (corporates, primarily schools and institutions) while
maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. The role requires excellent communication
skills, a soft yet persuasive approach, and the ability to safeguard client goodwill while
driving financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
● Call and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection.
● Build and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring trust in the brand.
● Convince clients effectively with polite yet impactful communication.
● Maintain detailed records of every call, follow-up, and payment status.
● Prepare daily/weekly reports on collection progress and client interactions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries promptly.
● Escalate issues professionally while preserving client respect.
Required Skills & Qualities
● Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
● Soft-spoken yet confident and persuasive personality.
● Ability to handle sensitive conversations with tact.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong reporting discipline.
● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
● Prior experience in client servicing, payment collection, or tele-calling preferred.
