Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate to manage client interactions, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and updates
- Ensure smooth order processing and accurate documentation
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with the accounts team
- Maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) for seamless execution
- Provide regular updates and status reports to management
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service / customer relationship roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
Good to Have
- Experience in order management or backend operations
- Familiarity with Tally or basic accounting coordination
- Exposure to handling multiple clients or vendors
