Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Associate with 1–2 years of experience in client communication, order delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills along with working knowledge of
Tally and
MS Excel to ensure seamless coordination between customers, accounts, and operations teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product details.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Provide professional and prompt responses to clients via phone and email.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments in collaboration with the accounts team.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and payment updates in Tally and Excel.
- Generate invoices, verify payment entries, and update outstanding reports.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status and outstanding payments.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes.
- Mandatory working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle payment follow-ups professionally and confidently.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in customer handling or client servicing roles.
Qualification
- Graduate degree in any discipline with relevant experience in customer service or accounts coordination.
