Job Title- Customer Relationship Associate
Location- Chandavali, Mumbai
Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate with 1–2 years of experience in handling client communications, order delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups. The
ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel to ensure smooth coordination between customers, accounts, and operations teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to clients via phone and email.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and payment updates in Tally and Excel.
- Generate invoices, check payment entries, and update outstanding reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status and outstanding payments.
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes.
- Mandatory Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle payment follow-ups professionally and confidently. Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in customer handling or client servicing roles.
