Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Client Relationship Associates (CRA) for an NGO calling process. This role is ideal for freshers who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in customer interaction and social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors/supporters
Explain NGO initiatives and build meaningful engagement
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Accurately record call details and follow up when required
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers are welcome
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,100 per month (including ESI benefits)
Attendance Bonus: ₹500
