Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Relationship Analyst. The responsibilities of this role include analyzing customer feedback and data, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, supporting clients with inquiries and concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships through clear communication. The analyst will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and address any service challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and feedback
- Proven experience and skills in Customer Service, Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong Client Relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar power sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
