Role Description

If yes — we’d love to meet you! We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to be the friendly, capable voice of our brand across every customer touchpoint.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Being the go-to person for customers reaching out via chat, email, calls, and social media
• Handling social media escalations with patience, professionalism, and a cool head
• Keeping an eye on daily order fulfilment and working with internal teams to sort out any shipping hiccups
• Delivering thoughtful, solution-first support that leaves customers feeling heard and helped
• Collaborating with different teams to continuously improve the customer experience
• Keeping customer records updated and support workflows running smoothly using CRM and support tools
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an International BPO
• A graduate in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet
• Hands-on experience with tools like Freshdesk, Zoho CRM, or Bitespeed
• Someone who can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
