Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Relations Specialist. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining strong communication with clients, addressing customer inquiries, and managing support to address any issues promptly. The specialist will focus on fostering long-term customer relationships and promoting retention through personalized and professional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide timely assistance and address client needs effectively
- Expertise in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Satisfaction through relationship management and tailored solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse clients and resolve queries with professionalism
- Ability to effectively handle escalations and ensure a positive customer experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools or related software is preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare or diagnostics setting is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business, or a related field
