The role
We're hiring a Customer Relations & Sales Executive to be the face of Aura. the person members and prospects interact with from their first walk-in to their long-term journey with us. This is a combined role: equal parts relationship-building and active sales. If you love sports, enjoy people, and want to grow in a fast-moving fitness business, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Convert walk-ins, calls, and inquiries into memberships and program sign-ups
- Build long-term relationships with members onboarding, check-ins, retention
- Handle member queries, feedback, and resolutions with care and ownership
- Drive sales targets across memberships, programs, events, and bookings
- Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and report on sales pipeline
- Coordinate with coaching and operations teams to deliver a great member experience
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada / Hindi
- A people-first attitude warmth, patience, and genuine interest in members
- Drive to hit and exceed sales targets
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic Excel, and digital communication
- Interest in sports, fitness, or wellness is a big plus
- Freshers welcome attitude and energy matter more than years on a CV
Details
- ₹4–4.3 LPA + Incentives, full-time
- On-site at Aura Sports Arena, KR Puram, Bangalore
- 6-day week with a weekday off (weekends are our busiest days)
- Growth path into senior CR, sales lead, or center management roles
