Role Description
This full-time on-site role in New Delhi is for a Customer Service Representative. The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support to address concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries across various communication channels, resolving complaints, assisting with orders, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services. The representative will also work to ensure a positive and seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Skilled in problem-solving and effectively managing customer concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce and retail customer services is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
