Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Lakhimpur for a Customer Relations Officer. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving customer queries, and ensuring satisfaction. The candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing customer needs, providing support, and promoting the organization’s financial products. Additionally, the Customer Relations Officer will collect feedback to help improve service quality and identify potential areas for enhancing the customer experience.

  • Background in the financial or social development sector is an advantage
