Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Customer Relations Officer will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction, and managing client relationships. They will analyze customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams to improve experiences, and proactively identify ways to enhance services. Additionally, maintaining accurate customer records and providing consistent support will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build meaningful customer relationships
- Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and resolving customer concerns effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to understand customer behavior and develop solutions
- Experience in Customer Support and providing end-to-end service resolutions
- Ability to foster excellent Client Relations and manage long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer relations or support role is advantageous
