Role Description
This full-time, on-site Customer Relations Officer role is located in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include participating in client follow-ups, analyzing customer needs and feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The Customer Relations Officer will act as a point of contact between the organization and its clients, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and client relations skills to build and maintain positive interactions with clients.
- Proficient in ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer support needs effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client feedback and identify solutions for improvement.
- Ability to manage and resolve client relations queries and foster trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
