🎯 Role Overview
As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), you will bridge the gap between our creative studio and our online buyers. You will handle high-touch client consultations for custom and bespoke orders. Because we deal with premium, personalized products, flawless written language and a sharp eye for aesthetic details are high priorities for this role.
✍️ Key Responsibilities
- Bespoke Consultations: Guide premium clients through the customization process for wedding invitation suites and corporate gifts, translating their vision into design requirements. [1]
- Omnichannel Communication: Manage client inquiries with elite professionalism via email, WhatsApp Business, social media channels, and phone calls.
- Order Tracking Coordination: Keep clients seamlessly updated on production timelines, proof approvals, and shipping statuses.
- B2B Client Management: Professionally pitch, negotiate, and manage large-scale bulk orders for corporate gifting clients.
🏼 Profile Requirements
- Language & Communication (High Priority): Impeccable written and spoken communication skills. Ability to draft polite, clear, and sophisticated emails and messages.
- Art & Craft Appreciation (Strong Plus): A background or deep understanding of arts, crafts, printing textures, or design layout to easily understand custom client requests.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing customized text fields (names, dates, corporate logos) to ensure zero manufacturing errors.
- Empathetic Demeanor: A naturally kind, patient attitude, especially when handling anxious wedding clients or strict corporate deadlines.
