Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, based in Jammu. The Customer Relations Manager will oversee and enhance client satisfaction through effective communication, relationship management, and issue resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving client concerns, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery. The role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure trust and loyalty among clients while supporting the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple client accounts efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed records
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
