Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Manager role located in Noida. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, managing customer feedback and complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. The manager will also contribute to the planning and execution of client events such as workshops and brand promotions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in customer service techniques, query resolution, and conflict management
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
- Experience in planning and executing events, including workshops, seminars, and promotions
- Passion for music and familiarity with musical instruments or sound technology is highly desirable
- Proficiency in standard business software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
